  • I started android app development after Jio Revolution (5 September 2016) in India. I learn android app development from a diploma course offered by UPTEC institute in Lucknow, India. As through Internet I get to know about many things and earn money from android app development too. So, learned android app development and started making apps.
  • On August 9, 2017, I purchased Google Play Console Account for $25 for the 1st time in my life. At that time I just completed my diploma course and don’t know much about google play console.

But while purchasing I did one mistake I entered a wrong play console name that is Free paytm loot trick this name contains other brand’s name and misleading words. As a fresher don’t know much and I entered this as I am blogger from last 1 year so I just thought it would help me to reach more people as I am planning to launch a reward app where user play quiz and win rewards in paytm.

  • And due to this only after 1 week, my developer console account got suspended. I even published 1 app on it it’s a normal 6 screen reward app.

As I published this app after 24 hours of purchase and don’t receive anything relevant which tells me that this app causes a violation. So, I think due to this app my account not got suspended even if this app causes any violation then they should suspend it or remove it as per their policy.

  • Well, this small mistake on mine leads to a lifetime suspension of my google play console account. Even today it’s been 3 years, 7 months, and more. Google didn’t re-initiate my account.
  • Even I have emailed their customer support a lot of times every time a bot replies the same every time.

Hi Sanjay, as much as we’d like to help, we are unable to provide any more detail or a better answer to your question.

Please kindly note that our policy team has conducted a thorough review of your account before making the decision.

We’d suggest you not to register a new developer account as any new accounts will be terminated without a refund of the developer registration fee. We recommend that you use an alternative method for distributing your apps in the future.

In today’s world, it’s very important to have a google play console a/c if you are an android developer and for 1 small mistake, they ruin my career, and even till now, I am just struggling to get back my account.

Dear Google Play Console Team kindly don’t be too harsh with us. We are not beggars. Begging in front of you and you rudely say no to us every time.

At least you have to learn how to treat your new users and teaching them your policies, at least tell them their mistakes and give chance to re-correct that mistake.

Dear fellow developers, I wish that this letter, setting myself aside, helps to advance the cause of a healthier relationship between the developers and the first app store in the world. If you purchased an Android developer account, if you carefully followed the rules, if you made every effort to produce safe quality apps, you still need to know that you’re not immune to an unjustified ban. It is not possible to work seriously in these conditions. In case of technical or legal issues, we must know exactly what it is about and have the possibility to correct it. Let us send this message to the Google Play team @GooglePlayDev.
